In the video above, they filmed a segment of their monthly online show in the Ben Johnson Cowboy Museum located on 6th Street, just around the corner from The Pioneer Woman Mercantile!

Be sure to plan a visit to the Ben Johnson Cowboy Museum when you come for a visit and explore cowboy lore from the legends - including actor and John Wayne’s friend - Mr. Ben Johnson, known around here as “Son,” as he grew up on a ranch just north of town!

Ora Brown is one of Pawhuska’s own, but you might recognize him from the movie scene!

Up in Shidler, right here in Osage County - you just might run into the One-Armed Bandit, aka John Payne! The Cottages on the Prairie owners, Cecil and Cathy McGarrah, love treating themselves to a steak at Mandy’s Cafe up in Shidler on a Saturday night.

And even ol’ Red Steagall has found his way up to the Osage and spent a little time out on the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, where cowboy actor Ben Johnson was raised!
